Walsin Lihwa Corporation announces its stand alone as well as consolidated financial statements of 2012 first quarter on 30th April. The company’s net operating revenue from January through March this year is approx. NT$17.97 billion. The consolidated net operating revenue reaches NT$37.85 billion. The operating gross profit reaches NT$1.23 billion and the consolidated one reaches NT$1.48 billion. The income from operations is NT$ 790 million, and consolidated income from operations is NT$130 million. Recognizing non-operating loss in the 1st quarter, the net income after tax is NT$ 680 million, loss per share at NT$ 0.08.
