Mr. Wang, who has rich hands-on experience in steelmaking and metal material technologies with a global perspective on transnational operation management, was appointed as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and President in 2026. He is responsible for the Company’s overall operations management and strategic development, driving corporate transformation and upgrades, enhancing operational performance, and strengthening the Company’s long-term competitiveness and sustainability.
