Taipei, February 17 — A board meeting of Walsin Lihwa today approved the company’s 2014 financial statements. The meeting also decided to hold the 2015 general shareholders’ meeting at 09:00 a.m. on May 27 (Wednesday), 2015, at Ballroom of Grand Victoria Hotel (1F, 168, Jingye 4th Road. Zhongshan District, Taipei City).

2014 witnessed rapidly changing international geopolitics while the global market was challenged by an overall slowdown and excessive capacity, but Walsin Lihwa’s core businesses remained profitable and the company’s residential property project in Nanjing also helped increase revenues. The 2014 consolidated operating revenue is approx. NT$162.987 billion, with a consolidated gross profit of NT$7.570 billion. The net income after tax is approx. NT$2.265 billion and the EPS is NT$0.64.
