Taipei, February 26 — A board meeting of Walsin Lihwa today approved the company’s 2015 financial statements. The meeting also decided to hold the 2016 general shareholders’ meeting at 09:00 a.m. on May 25 (Wed.), 2016, at multifunctional hall, 1st Floor, No. 15, 168 Lane, Xingshan Road, Neihu District, Taipei City.

In 2015, global economic recovery remained subdued. Walsin’s core businesses have still grown steadily while facing the challenges of price fluctuations of raw materials as well as market disequilibrium.

The 2015 consolidated operating revenue is approx. NT$149.3 billion, with a consolidated gross profit of NT$5.8 billion. The net income after tax is approx. NT$1.6 billion with EPS of NT$0.45 and a cash dividend of NT$0.2 per share is planned.
